Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your House of Sunny pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags and eco-friendly packaging attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the completed return form inside the parcel to ensure swift processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue your exchange within 7-10 business days.
